Christine is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Christine’s broad experience, understanding nature and many years of experience in Family Law ensures a sensitive, practical and efficient approach. Christine places a strong emphasis on family dispute resolution, mediation and effective negotiation with the aim of resolving matters formalised in Consent Orders, whenever possible, without the need for client’s to appear in Court. Christine cares deeply about her clients and finding the best solution for them.
Christine has extensive experience supporting clients during periods of personal crisis and anxiety, having worked exclusively in family law for many years and prior to that working for the Attorney General’s Department in Courts throughout NSW as a Registrar of the Local Court / Chamber Magistrate. She has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of family law and a sound, practical approach in resolving family law matters.
Prior to joining Doolan Callaghan Family Lawyers, Christine was in practice with Doolan Wagner and Callaghan Family Lawyers on the Northern Beaches. Christine is highly skilful at resolving disputes through mediation and negotiation, however if a family law matter does need to go to Court, Christine is a highly experienced advocate and appears regularly before Registrars and Judges on a wide range of Family Law issues in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court.
