Janine has been practicing family law since the 1980’s and became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in 1993. Janine has in-depth experience in diverse range of areas in Family Law, including property settlements, consulting with de facto and married relationships, a range of parenting disputes, child support payment issues and of course spousal maintenance.

Janine is highly skilled at resolving emotionally draining and contentious disputes by way of negotiations and conciliation where possible. Janine has a strong industry reputation at providing successful outcomes for her customers.  When litigating, Janine facilitates cost-effective and smooth proceedings which provide desired are sought-after outcomes.

Janine has experience at all levels of the Court system, including the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court.  She has undertaken Collaborative Law Training, and is also able to assist separating couples to resolve their disputes using this non-contentious process.

Known for being efficient and thorough, Janine is also sensitive to the distress clients may feel while dealing with the issues relating to the breakdown of their relationship.  To limit the stress, Janine takes a practical and strategies approach to ensure a positive outcome for her clients.

Jodie is a Senior Associate and NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Jodie has been assisting family law clients for more than ten years on the Northern Beaches. Jodie is committed to using alternative dispute resolution and mediation wherever possible to resolve matters quickly and efficiently without the involvement of Court. Where this is not possible, Jodie is experienced in representing clients at all stages of the court process. Jodie is passionate about family law and helping clients to find the best solution for their family.

Christine is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Christine’s broad experience, understanding nature and many years of experience in Family Law ensures a sensitive, practical and efficient approach. Christine places a strong emphasis on family dispute resolution, mediation and effective negotiation with the aim of resolving matters formalised in Consent Orders, whenever possible, without the need for client’s to appear in Court. Christine cares deeply about her clients and finding the best solution for them.

Christopher Lapointe

Chris was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and is an experienced family lawyer with a “settlement focused” approach. Chris has extensive commercial business experience through previous self employment in the finance industry and understands complicated company and trust structures which are helpful in resolving complex financial disputes arising in Family Law matters. Being commercially minded helps Chris settle his property related matters for his clients in a timely and cost effective manner.

Margie O’Neill

Margie has a practical, empathic and determined approach in helping clients achieve the best possible outcome for them and their family. This includes assisting clients with property settlements, parenting arrangements, child support issues, de facto matters and relocation disputes. Wherever possible, Margie tries to resolve issues without the intervention of the Court. If required however, she is a dedicated and confident lawyer who can successfully represent her client’s best interests in the Courtroom.
