We are excited to welcome Family Lawyer Ben Riley to our Northern Beaches and North Shore family law team at Doolan Callaghan Family Lawyers.
Ben has worked and practiced exclusively in the jurisdiction of Family Law both prior to and since admission. Before joining Doolan Callaghan Family Lawyers, Ben gained a wealth of relative knowledge and expertise from working in other specialised family law firms.
Having grown up on Sydney’s North Shore and now living on the Northern Beaches, Ben is excited to return to practice on the Northern Beaches at the Brookvale office of Doolan Callaghan Family Lawyers. Ben looks forward to being able to serve the needs of both locally based clients as well as clients from all over Sydney and beyond.
Together with achieving his Honours studying Law at Sydney University, Ben also has a Bachelor of Commerce. The combination holds him in good stead in complex property and financial matters. This together with the empathy, understanding and skill he shows in parenting matters assists him in serving family law clients in all areas.
Ben’s main priority and passion is achieving the best possible outcome for his clients in a cost effective and timely manner. Importantly, he is empathetic towards clients’ unique circumstances and understands that everyone’s situation is different. Adopting a pragmatic approach, he strives to obtain a settlement through mediation or by negotiation whenever practicable, however he is a skilled and tenacious litigator when required. Ben shows enthusiasm and drive in all of his matters and his thorough approach means that his clients receive the excellent service they deserve.
